1.- Drivers.

Drivers must have at least 3 years’ driving experience and a full, clean Driving License and must be over 23 years of age.

2.- Use of the vehicle.

Customers will get the vehicle and accessories described in the contract in perfect working conditions and must adhere to the road safety regulations valid in Spain. Customers are responsible for all infractions which may occur during the car rental period.
It is expressly forbidden:
- To carry passengers or goods which are not included in the rental contract.
- To drive whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs, fatigue or illness.
- To drive along unauthorized or non-asphalted roads.
Non-compliance of these rules will automatically cause the contract to become null and void. The customer will be liable for the resulting consequences and will not be able to reclaim any refund of the deposit paid.

3.- Return of the vehicle.

The vehicle must be returned to the place indicated on the rental contract and on the date and time stipulated therein. Any change to this information must be agreed prior to returning the vehicle with the rental company. Non-compliance of these conditions will result in the rentacar company’s charging an additional sum of money for the late delivery of the vehicle which will be applied directly to the customer’s credit car, and/or legal action for non-return of the vehicle.

4.- Insurance.

The car insurance taken out by the customer will only cover the named driver(s) authorized in the rental contract for civil liability, accident or theft of vehicle (excluding personal items). Fully comprehensive insurance with franchise (except option). Insurance with deductible or excess, except option. It must be noted that any personal items taken from the car by way of theft and/or deterioration of personal items left in the car will not be covered by the car rental insurance.
